Delete your Saunatic account

You can delete your Saunatic account at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. Saunatic is the sauna app from Lovely Print Sweden AB.

In the app - the quickest way

1. Open Saunatic and tap the account icon at the top of the Saunas tab, then Delete account.
2. Read what is deleted and what stays, and choose whether your comments and reviews should be deleted too.
3. Tick I understand this cannot be undone and press Delete my account.

The account and everything listed under "What is deleted" is gone within minutes, and the app clears its own copy on your phone.

Without the app

Write to support@saunatic.app from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account" (open a ready-made email). Tell us whether your comments and reviews should be deleted too. We reply to make sure the request comes from you, then delete the account - normally within a few days, and always within one month.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, display name, password or Google sign-in
• Your session log, including any health values
• Your pictures and feed posts, likes, saved collections, follows, blocks and favourites
• Your private saunas
• Your notifications, the feedback you sent and any ownership claims

What stays, without your name

• Public saunas you added. The catalog is shared by everyone; the entry stays, with no link to you.
• Your comments and reviews, shown as "Deleted account" - unless you ask for them to be deleted too. You can ask when you delete the account, or by email at any time afterwards.
• Reports you filed, for up to 24 months, because the law requires us to handle them. Who filed them is no longer known.

What is kept for a while

• Decisions we made about your content or account: 24 months, to handle repeated abuse and to defend legal claims.
• Server logs with IP addresses: 30 days.
• The account emails we sent you, at our email provider: 45 days.
